STANDARD ROOM DEPOSIT POLICY


A deposit of first night room rate plus taxes and fees (USD) is due upon reservation. The remaining balance, plus taxes and fees (USD) will be due upon check-out.

Upon check-in, a credit card will be pre-authorized for the estimated remaining balance, plus $200 per night.*


STANDARD ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY


Deposits are refundable 15 or more days prior to set arrival date, less a $25 service fee per room. Cancellations 14 or fewer days prior to arrival forfeit first night's deposit.
Reservation date changes may only be made 15+ days prior to set arrival date. Reservation date changes 14 days or fewer prior to arrival will forfeit first night's deposit.
No refunds or credits for early check-outs, inclement weather, or unused nights.

Must be age 21 or older to rent a guest room. Misrepresentation of age may result in full forfeiture of deposit upon check-in. Some group rates, holiday or event weekends may require 100% payment at the time of booking, in those instances deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits are refundable 2 months or more prior to set arrival date, less a $50 service fee per room. Cancellations less than 2 months prior to arrival forfeit $500.
Reservation date changes may only be made 2 months prior to set arrival date. Reservation date changes within 2 months of arrival will forfeit $500.
No refunds or credits for early check-outs, inclement weather, or unused nights.

Must be age 21 or older to rent a guest room. Misrepresentation of age may result in full forfeiture of deposit upon check-in. Some group rates, holiday or event weekends may require 100% payment at the time of booking, in those instances deposits are non-refundable.

 

SMOKING POLICY

  1. No Smoking in Rooms, Public Interior of Hotel, or on balconies – Under the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act, any person found smoking in Hotel ICONA will be subject to a minimum fine of $250.00.

  2. No Smoking in Restaurant, Bar, Beach Bar or Exterior Dining Areas

  3. No Smoking Permitted in Pool Area

 

RESORT FEES

At ICONA Resorts we aim to provide every guest first class service. Resort fees help us to maintain this level of service and amenities for all of our guests. 

A resort fee of 12% of the room rate, + state tax, will be assessed per stay. Some services that the resort fees allow for are:

  • Wifi available throughout the hotel

  • On-site Self Parking

  • Valet Parking  – seasonally

  • Electric Car Charging Station

  • Luggage Assistance

  • Pre-paid Beach Tag usage for the duration of your stay

    •  Please Note: a $30 charge per tag will apply if not returned at check-out

  • Outdoor Heated Pool with pool attendant monitoring, pool maintenance and towel service – seasonally
  • Team of Beach Attendants to provide beach chairs & beach umbrellas – seasonally
  • Local ICONA Shuttle and 8-Passenger Golf Cart service on 7-Mile Island – seasonally
  • Keurig coffee maker for use in each guest room

 

PET POLICY


At ICONA Resorts we love pets; however, for the health, safety and comfort of all guests, our resorts are unable to accommodate pets.

 


PARKING


Windrift offers on-site self-parking included in the resort fee, maximum of 1 vehicle per room per night. Additional street parking is available on the blocks south and west of the hotel. Valet parking is available, included in the resort fee, to hotel guests during the high-season.

Windrift reserves the right to take photos of guests and visitors to our facility. We routinely post these photographs online. We take reasonable care to ask permission, in advance ... but this is not always possible. Upon written request, we will happily remove any photo in which you appear within 48 hours. These photos are the property of Windrift Hotel. Any duplication or use of these photos without expressed written consent of Windrift Hotel is expressly forbidden.
